How do you verify your cleaners?
Every cleaner uploads their CNIC front and back plus a live selfie before they can work. Our team reviews each submission by hand and either approves or rejects it with a reason. Unverified accounts simply cannot accept a job — the button doesn't work for them.
What does it cost, exactly?
Bathroom cleaning starts at PKR 1,200 per bathroom, kitchen at PKR 1,500 and a full home at PKR 2,500. Add-ons like fridge interior or window cleaning are priced individually, and a 5% platform fee is shown in the breakdown before you pay. Supplies are always included.
Can I book for later instead of right now?
Yes. Choose “Schedule Later”, pick a date and an available time slot, and the job goes into the open pool for cleaners in your area. Slots already taken that day are greyed out, so you can only book a time that genuinely exists.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Every job carries before and after photos, so there's a record of what was actually done. Raise it through in-app chat or support with the booking open — the photos, the timeline and the payment are all attached to it.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Cancel free any time before your cleaner sets off. Once they're on the way, a 30% cancellation fee applies and the remainder is refunded to the card you paid with, typically within 7 working days. The full terms are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Which areas do you cover?
