Delete your account

Applies to the WithUrooj app (app ID: com.WithUrooj.app) and website.

The quickest way is inside the app: Profile → Delete my account. It takes effect immediately and no one needs to approve it.

Delete it yourself, in the app

Open the WithUrooj app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Confirm twice — the second prompt is the last chance to stop.

Your account is removed straight away and you are signed out.

We respond within

7 days, and complete the deletion within 30 days

We will ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting anything, so that nobody can delete someone else's account.

What is deleted

Your name, mobile number, email address and profile photo
Your saved addresses and saved payment methods
Your bookings, their photos, ratings and reviews
Your in-app chat messages
Your notification and device tokens
For cleaners: your cleaner profile, CNIC images, selfie and job history

What we may keep, and for how long

Where the law requires it, we keep the minimum record of completed transactions — the amount, date and payment reference — for tax and accounting purposes. These records do not identify you to anyone else and are not used for any other purpose.

Card details are never held by us at any point; they stay with Bank Alfalah's payment gateway.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have a booking in progress, it is cancelled — settle any refund with us first, because we cannot process one after the account is gone.
